Fairly clean hotel in a nice building really close to the nearby mall across the road and Seri Kembangan. Courteous service, beautifully maintained and great-sized room complete with the condition and balcony and shower.

The rooms here are huge and well-kept, and they come with a balcony and complimentary water bottles. the location is great, set in a green area that's both convenient and well-placed. 🌿

The rooms were both beautifully maintained, great-sized, complete with tub, balcony, tea. The breakfast was above average with same menus everyday, and all the food was good!

The rooms were perfect. Nice and not too big with a nice view. The room service was quick and efficient. The shopping mall was within walking distance. The breakfast was really good. My kids love the pool and I would definitely stay here again the next time I have to be in KL! Superb place!!!!
Only one - I wanted to get a massage at the TCM Wellness Center, but it was already fully booked for three days!!!

Access to hotel, felt like you were driving around the back of shops and through car parks before reaching the otherwise quite impressive but entirely hidden frontage

The hotel is incredibly beautiful with excellent employees who assist guests upon arrival. the rooms are comfortable, with large beds and clean bathrooms. the garden view is scenic, and the location is magnificent, being new in the KL area. Additionally, it is close to a shopping center and the Mines Mall, which offers a cruise boat experience.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to a taxi stand at the KTM station, a lovely Malay-styled restaurant, and the Mines shopping center with plenty of dining options. It is also conveniently connected to the shopping mall.

the lake was wonderful , feeding fish , the shopping mall near by
internet was free but very slow , lezard in every wall , the A/C was very hot , no variety in the breakfast

The location here is great, right next to the nearby Palace of the Golden Horses, convention center, and the waterfront; actually, everything was delightful - my top choice for my next stay.

Pest control is not that good in the hotel, many insects and geckos got into my room through the balcone
